David Grant is a co-owner of Peak Sport and Spine Rehab in Missouri and has been working in the field of outpatient orthopedics since 2000. He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science from Truman State University and a Master’s of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University. David completed his Residency, Fellowship and post-graduate PhD training in orthopedic manual therapy from the Ola Grimsby Institute (OGI) from 2010-2012. He completed this training while working for MTI, a manual therapy teaching clinic in Seattle, WA before moving back to Missouri in 2012. David has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists since 2011. He has been in instructor with OGI since 2014 and is currently an instructor for the Independent Study Residency Program. His current office is in Downtown Saint Louis.
